We invite you to join us in person or virtually on Monday, February 17 at 5:30 PM for a crucial workshop to both learn about the legislative process of the state, county, and local school boards, and also practice written and oral testimony skills with Trans Maryland facilitators! There are three critical bills we need your support on and resistance to: HB1368 (Birth Certificate Modernization Act), HB1385 (“Parental Rights” in Education), and SB0588 (“Fairness in Girls Sports Act”). Despite feelings of fear, anger, and overwhelm, we must not allow our community to be silenced for ourselves and the youth counting on us. Your voice matters.
